1. Documents: What documents do I need to provide for car rental?
Driving license, ID card, credit card for the deposit and, and also if you are not resident in Italy: a valid passport.
2. Insurance: Is the car I've booked covered?
Yes, all Noleggiare cars are RC insured. Your liability for damage and / or theft is limited to the amount provided in the contract for the deductibles. You can choose as an additional service option for the abatement of deductibles.
3. Fuel: Does the car have a full tank?
Certainly. Noleggiare will deliver a car with the tank already filled, clean and in good condition. You will have to return it in the same condition, except for normal wear related to mileage. You are responsible for any loss or damage suffered by the vehicle during the rental period, including the loss of documents, parts or on board accessories (fixed reimbursements: € 12 for the loss of reflective vests; € 300 for license plates; € 180 for the log book(vehicle registration documents); € 280 for keys etc.).
4. Additional drivers: Can my spouse or others also drive the car?
Sì, già in fase di prenotazione on line puoi scegliere l'opzione "guidatore aggiuntivo" per cui è previsto un extra di € 3,70 al giorno. Il conducente dovrà essere in possesso di una patente di guida valida al momento del noleggio e con scadenza posteriore alla data prevista per il rientro. I dati del guidatore aggiuntivo saranno regolarmente registrati sul contratto di noleggio.
5. Delayed flights: I booked the car for collection at an airport location but I can not get there at the set time. What should I do?
Immediately alert the Rental Station or Reservation Center. Your pick up time will be held back for up to a maximum of 59 minutes after the landing time. 6. Traffic accident: I was involved in an accident. What should I do?

These procedures must be completed within two days of its occurrence and, subject to a cash consideration, you can get a replacement car.
7. Late returns: What if I return the car late or after hours?
You have a maximum tolerance of up to 59 minutes, after which you will be charged for an additional day's rent. The rate agreed with Noleggiare, in fact, relates exclusively to the rental period shown on the contract.
